I eat several eggs a day and my cholesterol is low wiht a good HDL to LDL ratio....so if eggs cause high cholsterol they dont' in me

Good to know, Lavlee. I had two soft-boiled eggs for lunch, and the night's not over! I just have to make sure I save some for the morning.

That explains why I've been having them everyday since I've been fighting an especially congesive/mucous-y cold for a week now.


I was almost afraid to open this thread for fear it was another one of those threads that bash people for eating anything animal related.
