I eat several eggs a day and my cholesterol is low wiht a good HDL to LDL ratio....so if eggs cause high cholsterol they dont' in meIP: Logged |

That explains why I've been having them everyday since I've been fighting an especially congesive/mucous-y cold for a week now. I was almost afraid to open this thread for fear it was another one of those threads that bash people for eating anything animal related.
