It's getting to the point where I don't care about having good habits and routine anymore. I'm even starting to neglect taking care of myself.
With working 10 hour shifts nannying, job hunting, weeks of oversheduled weekends, and taking care of other menial bs in my free time. I'm just so done.

I finally have nothing scheduled this Saturday, and am hoping this will help.

When you are so stressed it's even more important that you take care of yourself. If there is some way to not have so much to do? On your free day, just relax and recharge, and give some thought to how you can have more time for yourself.

Yes, I really hope I can recooperate this weekend a little. I know that's what I need when I get like this. A lot of websites suggest making time for a social life. I definetley don't take enough time for that in my life as other people.

But now that I just took a job offer, I will have to make more time to socialize. It can be hard when you always feel like you always have menial bs to take care of.

I did socialize at a wedding shower, but I think it's good to also schedule low key hanging out w/ friends.

But I also want to make sure I give myself a day to do nothing too.

Maybe now I can have time for hobbies and exercise again.

Get back to feeling balanced.

Doing nothing, when balanced with doing a lot, is very important to your health. I hope you find enough leisure time for that important recharging. You actually must...

Thanks everyone! I needed to hear that it's okay for me to take time and rest. I finally got to lay around and watch TV, along with straightening up around the apartment.
I'm so ready to do it again this weekend. I interviewed for 5 jobs this month. 4 places offered me a job. It's mentally draining picking the right place to work. Each place had its pros and cons.
As tiring as it is, I'm so glad I did it this way, because two places raised their pay knowing that they have to compete for my employment.
And then while I'm sorting all of this out, I had to jump on buying my moms car with her license plate expiring.
My friend is coming over Friday, I know I'm busy, but I'm over due to hang out with my friends.
I'm proud that I usually only have one cup of coffee a day. But I had another one this afternoon since I have all these tasks and deadlines to complete, and sort out after a 10 hour shift of nannying. Deadlines don't care about people being burned out and have enough on their plate already.

I've started telling people no to baby and cat sitting. It's stressful having people ask when I already have enough to take care of.
