Okay, this is hella weird. My resting pulse rate was 102 (yeah, sitting at the computer all day isn't conducive to a strong heart), but after reading in Star Signs that the normal resting pulse rate is 72, a couple of days went by, and now my pulse rate is now 72! WTF? I haven't exercised. Sometimes it is 78. But that is a huge drop. I planned to start exercising more (and I still will), but that is just dumbfounding.

Maybe this is so obvious it is dumb but were you upset when you had the higher rate and calmer when you had the lower one?

No, it's my resting pulse right after waking up. I checked it every morning for several mornings and got the high rate, and now every morning I get the 72 or 78. Number of beats in 10 seconds multipled by 6.
