Comments, concerns, experiences (good, bad and neutral...?)I have been taking it for a week, lost 2 lbs, which is a positive outcome for me, but really I am interested more in the health benefits (of the Canadian flax as I have heart issues...) I feel lots better, more energy, clearer thoughts, to name a couple. I have read the negative and positive press. Any personal experiences? thanks t~~~ IP: Logged |

Ah, no negatives as far as I know. The cleansing at first brings a lethargic sluggishness, but that's just due to detoxification as the toxins get released.IP: Logged |

i feel really good, lighter healthwise, like toxins are being processed more thoroughly. it feels good going in, like pure and natural. tho the side effects of food processing through the body quickly is not so much fun, but the result of the overall feeling is worth it, so far~ t~~~ IP: Logged |

lechienit is canadian flax, supposed to be the best cause flax likes cooler climates. nopalina has other supplements in it, loaded with fibar! IP: Logged |

interesting... but where i live, it doesn't seem to differentiate Canadian or whatnot, and this supplement is also not known. but i've been thinking about incorporating the seeds into my diet. how is it going with the supplement, are you still taking it? IP: Logged |

yes i am still taking it, but cut down somedays due to the gastric (moves things along quite quickly) side effects but i like the overall feeling of not being "stopped up." it just makes me feel better all around. t~~ IP: Logged |

I eat flax seed in oatmeal. It's supposed to be the perfect ratio of omega fatty acids or something. On another note, it's actually good for hair loss. The lignans in it prevent testosterone from converting to DHT, and I think it has the highest amount of lignans/phytoestrogens comparatively (albeit the qualities and effects of the other phytoestrogens will differ).
