I have been kickin a$$ trying to fix my health issues and am doing well.

Been on tricor, a relative of a statin, but with my trigs so high, I was at risk of pancreatitus, horrible death...

I have also been on quality multi vits, omega supplements as well as a very, very controlled diet.

My brother is paying for a therapist for me and it has worked wonders, in just 3 sessions I am so, so at peace...

So, sorry for my absence, but have had so, so many things to work on....

All in all IT IS possible to turn one's health around both mentally and physically!!!

Had a follow up with my doc today (she is my brother's sis in law)

She was amazed on how well I am doing, weight loss, etc.

Didnt get around to telling her it is just NOT THE MEDS!

I refuse to take a statin, so lowered my cholesterol, got on spot with ldl/hdl with a quality fish oil supplement.

I am taking Tricor, cause my tryglycerides were lethally high.

But...most of the work I have done is weight loss, quality supplements, liver detox, etc.

One, day.....ONE day I will be off ALL meds.

PTSD has left me with altered brain chemistry and the body does need some things.

(I will share more in a different time... still working with much distraction in the place I live. I have an afternoon right now, but neighbor NOW has a water-break in his apartment.... There's a lot more to your natal chart... Want you to know that it's NOT your imagination that things are "hard" and unbelievably agitating right now--- you are being maxed in the agitation-bureau. Just keeeeeppppp on movin' --- keep on walkin old feets!

No, they have not 'fixed' the water leak yet, so there's ponding going on, and all manner of strange bug appearings.

Sometimes the tornadic fans they need to run to dry things out make agony... add in souping up car clinics right across from here. (It's great to look at all this with objectivity and incredible humor... but still it hurts while I laugh? Calling on the Universe.... hhhhhheeellllllppp! Although I came so close to puking the other evening... REALLY AND TRULY, I am NOT saying this to "complain"... I'm reporting the truth, and how hard it is to handle some times.... I take it One Moment at a time, and feel absolutely VICTORIOUS when it all halts for 'just a few seconds' every once in a while. I am reminded of just how SANE I really truly am, and I'm grateful for that little 'sip' of normalcy. It's my way and time to check back in with myself and to tell me that 'it's gonna be all okay'.... soothe-soothe-soothe, arrrghh AGOOOONNNYYYYYYYY!

Tried to work Friday and I completed Friday, but talked to my boss that I need a few days (was making stupid mistakes that I caught) and she honered that.

As a matter of fact, she, my boss was the director of our ER for quite sometime and she said (not going to quote just the jist)

~I have seen so, so many situations where a woman comes in beat to hell,, the cops go and get the "man's" statement and nothing happens....even in rape and emotinal abuse situations..

Nothings happens....~
