I LOVE paninis, but ciabatta bread is a big no, no for me unless it is a huge treat.

SO, I purchased a panini maker, doubles as an indoor grille as it has a release latch.

What a great thing!

I have been making paninis with Ezekial bread, rice bread, spelt bread...added some honey smoked ham, a bit of Dubliner cheese and of course a load of spinache! Lightly sprayed the grille with olive oil and O, my gosh..

Heaven!

My next creation is going to be an entire veggie panini. Thinking to add to the spinache, red and yellow bell peppers, onions, and anything else that I can find in the fridge.

Technology does have it's benefits!

I had to google panini lol I think I've had one of those but to my Taurus mouth it's just a sandwich lol!

I think it was an eggplant panini that I always used to eat for lunch before..
