Have to admit, I really enjoy hunting and fishing, moreso fishing. In the WNC Mtns they stock the streams and rivers with trout and opening day is a big deal. Favorite way to cook trout: (Assuming they've been cleaned of course) Grill going with local wood, not charcoal -lemon -basil -kosher salt Skewer the trout, place lemon on the end of the skewer in front of the trout and herbs inside and let cook for about 20 minutes I generally don't enjoy fish, this however, is so tastee that I can eat it without catching the pin bones as the meat just falls off of the fish.
