Mix these together. Feel it by taste how much of each one. In time, you get a feel for it.

Padre's olive oil

Good quality Balsamic vinegar

Ume plum vinegar

good quality ground pepper

Organic dry red wine

You can use a natural apple cider vinegar like Braggs instead of the other vinegars.

I do find the quality of items makes a great deal of difference, so get the best that you can.

I made it tonight and my son said that it was a 10 plus like from a gourmet restaurant
