There is a nice interplay with Aqua Moon and Uranus, Cap Venus and Saturn etc. Matching symbolism between natal planets and synastric aspects.------------------

Is this your boss or are you even bolder than me when it comes to dating much older men?  What stands out: Your sun on his DSC, your Saturn conjunct his DSC ruler (Venus). His sun conjunct your DSC ruler, Neptune. His stellium in your fourth house, with Mercury on the IC...could feel too close for comfort if there needs to be distance? Ditto for Eros-Venus conjunct Eros, though the orb is wide...well, I believe in stretching orbs a bit for Eros. Meanwhile you have that Psyche conjunction in draconic. Your Mars on his Jupiter-ASC in draconic looks potent. Some uneasiness coming from his Mars square your moon; his Neptune opposing your Mercury; your Pluto opposing his Mars; his Uranus opp your moon. Also I hate to be cranky about sun square Venus since I've never seen another astrologer make a big fuss, but I feel like it chills everything out a bit.
