Easy, lots of sexual aspects coupled with no compatibility. Compatibility can usually be seen by comparing the Suns, moons and ascendants to eachother.

You may be on to something becos my guy has Mars in my 2nd house. We're only together 1yr+ so hard to tell if sex will change. I'll let you know in 10yrs time, if we last that long. Lol.

Hard Mars/Moon aspects, Venus/Asc contacts, Mars/Asc contacts.
Basically all the good interaspects minus the long term indicators such as Sun conjunct Dsc ruler, Asc ruler conjunct the Descendant or Saturn contacts which would otherwise provide a binding effect.
