Hey there,

My friend is looking to propose to his girlfriend of three years and wanted some astrology confirmation. I've posted the synastry and composite below. He is on the outside and she is the inside. the TOBs are unknown, so he may have a Virgo moon.

Any fated links? Any challenging/potential divorce areas? I thought the NN conjunctions and sun-moon connections were nice.

They both already have moon sq pluto natally.

Without the TOB we can't know the house overlats and what aspects they make to each other's angles.

Hmm, sorry - he doesn't speak to his parents so no birth time known and I agree that without house placements/asc/dsc, it's not as accurate of a view. I guess he would like an inkling.

Here are the updated charts with Juno!

Off the top I don't see this a good match.
The sun/Pluto conjunction square the moon is extremely isolating emotionally.
Then with Uranus on the node there is a electricity between them that is very n unstable. It looks like they are hot and cold.
I think they both have deep emotional issues and a marriage would be short lived .

Thanks Todd! That seems unfortunate, but I can definitely see those vibes happening as they both have hard moon contacts natally - especially the girl.

My guy and I have comp NN conjunct Uranus but we're not hot/cold, not ever since we officially labelled our relationship. If either party feels uncertain then have to communicate and make sure both are on the same page. Uranus can also mean this relationship needs a lot of freshness and not be boring or conformed to traditional views.

That Sun/Pluto square Moon show conflicts.

Thanks for the reply - I'm really learning a lot!

I thought that natal north node conj uranus (and even neptune) is generational for people born in the early 90s, so a lot of people born around the same year have that aspect natally, right? So would that help the composite?

As for the sun/pluto square moon, do you know what kind of conflicts? I looked it up and it seems to talk about possessiveness, obsessions, and as Todd mentioned, emotional isolation.

Here you’re talking about composite.

Pluto is power hungry and wants control so issues with obsession, jealousy and possessiveness can arise in the relationship. If both are not mature there can be unhealthy game playing, *** for tat. Furthermore, sun square moon shows difference in opinions, defensiveness and lack of mutual support.

But he has been dating her for 3yrs, I’m sure he has a clear understanding of the relationship by now. If he wishes to marry, don’t let astrology deter him. It’s how much they wanna make it work.

The node doesn't form generational aspect as a rule because it's primary movement is retrograde and there for aspects with direct moving planets don't last long enough to be considered generational

Interesting, Todd! Thanks for the insight on the node aspects.

Yes, I also believe astrology shouldn't deter marriage as long as both are willing to make it work - thanks Hikaru29.

Although composite seems to be fairly accurate about the outcome of the relationship...
