No, not necessarily, they could find value in each other generally but again look at the aspects too. I had this in my composite chart before. You may share similar values, you may have an emotional understanding of each other's beliefs, may lift each other's self esteem. Possessions and financial security could be an emotional concern for both too if you look at it from a different perspective and other aspects. It's a cute placement.

This could be values, morals as well yes finances. However the combined thinking would take a bit of looking over the whole chart and which sign is that moon/other's 2nd house in? A fire sign could burn through money. The aligned thinking with an Earth sign, these two could build a small company or save for a combined goal. Once the values were discussed thoroughly, they may find this would be a practical approach to their partnership.

A last thought. 2nd as in values, someone could value bikini waxes --- in the dead of winter. Someone else could value having a nice Cross breeze in their home. It could be anything really, if it is *very* important to the individual.
