I think because he's not what you're looking for in a man. You're looking for someone that is very extroverted (I think), someone well traveled OR someone very educated OR someone foreign/of a different race than you OR someone very athletic, as well as someone very confident, masculine, secure in themselves. Someone that doesn't vibe insecurity. Someone that has a strong erotic aura/presence (Mars is in the 8th house in your chart, your Sun is in Aries in the 1st conjunct Jupiter).

Partner A doesn't really seem to be that with their full moon in Cancer/Capricorn. Maybe a little, like maybe you're drawn to their stoicism and maturity? But they might be boring to you with their Mars in Cancer. You might be looking for more bite, more spice, more adventure, while they just wanna live in harmony and lock things down with commitment without must chase?

I think you feel a fondness for them (their Sun in your 5th, their Venus on your IC, their NN conjunct your DSC). There might be some sparks of chemistry for you, but not enough to impress you/blow your mind?
