Saturn in Aries may signal that things at both sexual or committment level can develope slow or won't develope. Since it's in the 4th house, there may be family issues involved... but actually, Saturn is exactly trine to Pluto. This may suggest either that intimacy is potentially there and takes time to develope, or that Pluto in 12th house may leave something unresolved in this matter...
Also, Moon/Saturn midpoint falling in the 7th house/Cancer square Chiron and Saturn, may suggest that your connection is around family and children matters, but Chiron and Saturn here may put some limitations and burden 'cause such family matters or children may have a priority before the couple relationship alone... somehow, it all looks focused on family responsibility which may be the real glue of the relationship, but carrying this unfulfilled aspect on the other side of the coin...

I basically wouldn't rule out that with time a more intimate approach to the relationship may develope, it may take time, but the question mark of Venus/Mars square Neptune may remain as this is usually an aspect for "free lovers" or friends with benefit, unless you are from different cultures/countries, in such case this aspect may only point to that.

As for natal Saturn in Aries, it would be also important to look at the house, but it usually can give issues with self-confidence and bad relationship with authority figures.
