I have had 4 significant connections (only one romantic) with this overlay, where their Scorpio Moon was conjunct my IC and/or in my 4th. In the romantic connection, their Moon was also conjunct my Uranus, ruler of my Descendant and Venus.

With the latter person, I had never understood the saying, "there is a fine (or thin) line between love and hate", until I met and interacted with them. It wasn't just about the Moon placement, but there was also a lot of intense mutual Mars, 8th House, and some Pluto stuff.

Sun conjunct Dsc
Mars conjunct Vertex
Venus conjunct Vertex (these 2 Vertex conjunctions also present mirroring for Mars and Venus)
South Node conjunct Vertex
Saturn loosely conjunct South Node
Chiron conjunct MC
exact conjunction of Moons
Juno loosely conjunct Dsc (not sure about this one)

How is this relationship? It should feel pretty strong and fated? as if you've already known each other?
