Does the composite sun and moon of your current relationship describe you? As in, does the composite sun describe the male in your relationship?? And does the composite moon describe the female in your relationship? I've been looking through some composites and noticed this is the case frequently. Even though the composite is binding our two energies, I could still how each individual partner was reflected in the luminaries.

For example, Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton had Composite Sun in Capricorn in the 2nd and Composite Moon in Libra in the 11th. I think that those placements describes the two of them well, as individuals merged IN the relationship. Elizabeth was very much like a Libra with 11th house qualities in that relationship. And Richard was very much like a Capricorn with 2nd house qualities in their partnership.

I do know that our composite is meant to describe us as two combined energies becoming one but I have noticed that with the composite luminaries, it very often reflects the couple as individual figures within that relationship also. Does anyone else see this within their relationship?

I'm curious what others will say about this but from what I see...

1) My parents have cSun in Virgo and cMoon in Taurus but my dad is nothing like a Virgo.

2) Me and my guy has cSun in Cancer and cMoon in Scorpio. He is definitely more Cancerian-like but it could be because his Mars/Asc are in Cancer. I'm not sure if I fully identify with Scorpio either but I do have Pluto in 5th which can make me obsessed in love affairs.

I think you've misunderstood what I am saying. Do they act more like that sign in THAT relationship and nowhere else? For example, your parents have composite sun in Virgo and moon in taurus. Does your father act more like a Virgo in his relationship WITH your mother and nowhere else? And does your mother act more like a Taurus in her marriage with your father, but nowhere else? Do these sun and moon placements define their innate energies and positions in this relationship, outside of being individuals?

Because, it is true that sometimes we become completely different people in a relationship/marriage and I am wondering if it is because we start to reflect and identify with our Composite Sun and Moon instead of our own individual sun and moon. I have seen this with a couple of celebrity composite charts, but I wanted to know if anyone on here had experienced this also, to see if maybe it wasn't just a coincidence as so many celebrity chart readings can seem to be...

I did not misunderstand you and I reiterate that my dad doesn't act Virgo to my mom. In fact, she's the more Virgo one with her perfectionistic nature and nitpicking (towards my dad).

I'm not sure using celebrity charts is reliable because you don't know them personally.

Snarky? I think you're being too sensitive. I'm here to discuss astrology, not to quarrel with anyone.
