This is a guy from work, who recently joined the company. He asked me out on a date but our composite to me looks like a disaster waiting to happen. He told me he was born at 7 am but not sure how accurate that is. Seeing the planets in the 12th house makes me feel uncomfortable. He's extremely intuitive and can read me and other people quickly, which kinda impressed me. I went out with him and our conversations kinda got too deep/weird too quickly rather than being light and fun.

I think this is a tricky composite for you.

the sun/moon midpoint is opposed to jutier with Jupiter conjunct the vertex and descendant . thi shows there is an immediate feeling that this could be very serious. in fact, the possibility of a committed relationship or marriage is the basis of the relationship.

tricky because when Jupiter is with the vertex, the feelings can be almost electric that a sincere relationship might form. with Jupiter on the descendant the feelings of a marriage are very strong.
but the vertex is very difficult to integrate into a relationship.
Jupiter can also be signifying the workplace nature of the relationship.
it is just that the vertex can take off like a rocket but not reach a definite destination in a relationship.
and then of course workplace romances are notoriously "dangerous".

what concerned me initially was the mars/Neptune square. this aspect is almost exclusively indicative of a "player". he is not interested in a serious relationship. and with the Jupiter energy pushing for a serious commitment,you can see you have problem.
I say this is tricky because,it does look like he is more that a potential affair, yet the impulse for commitment is so very strong in the chart that it looks like a very difficult outcome.

also Lilith is conjunct to nessus which shows that deep inside there is not a loving connection but rather ran innate urge to control.

mars conjunct to ersi also adds a essential carnal.sexual attitude. that is love is not a pritority, rateh rsexual satisfaction is his primary concern. in addition the Eros/Venus midpoint is square to mars which strengthens the romantic actions and work=ds but the mars/venus midpoint is conjunct to chiron which is a red flag especially when it is combined with the strong nessus influence in a chart. chiron is sexually very exploitive. with aspects of real intimacy ,it can add a interesting edgy sexual spice but in this chart,it shows he would be controlling and domineering. when chiron tries to control it is through critical comment and emotional derision .

there are few other unfavorable aspects in this connection such as pholous square the node showing deception and the Saturn/Uranus square venus giving a very exciting sexual/emotional feeling but in the context of the former patterns, this would be seduction and not love.
especially as a new workplace mate, I think you should pass on him because you will be drawn into commitment feelings that will not come to fruition, not matter what he says.

You are so on point - my first thoughts when I saw the composite were that this cannot possibly be a good connection. But I gave it a try anyway just to see how things would go between us and there is a certain meeting of the minds that I like but apart from that nothing else.
I don't find him attractive in any way and in fact I wonder what really made him approach me, because it came as a shock to me. He told me I looked desperate (?!) which was a very stupid thing to say because he was referring to a specific situation where I was laughing my ass off and he scared me because he appeared in front of me out of nowhere and he read that as me being in despair or something. Sounded like he is looking for easy prey. I'm very wary of Virgo Suns who are currently having the Neptune opposition transit anyway. They seem to be really delusional, and this guy most certainly is not right in the head. He is like a preschooler with glasses but acts domineering exactly how you say and is trying to rush me into a relationship with him.
I certainly do not feel any love or at least warm feelings between us. What's weird is that I feel a sense of karma with how things are already playing out. I've only gone out with him twice and it already feels like a continuation of past relationships that were terrible. He just acts as if we have already been together for about a year now.
He told me he has never been into a relationship before. And he keeps asking me out every day but I'm getting really reserved because his approach is terrible. He doesn't understand relationships and he told me the creepiest thing ever today. He offered to take me out to a place and then take me to his home, adding that it won't be for sex because he knows it's too early. At that point I was frightened. This dork is already trying to control me and say what we're gonna do and has the audacity to say stuff like that. Not to mention he said this at work while there were some coworkers around who probably overheard him. The guy's just a walking catastrophe.

Another thing that's worth mentioning is that he only has a 4 days difference with our office manager, so energies between me and them both are kinda similar. I always got weird feelings from the office manager and now I guess it makes more sense why. But they both have inflated egos and make snarky jokes with me which I'm getting fed up with.

I'm most certainly dropping this guy! Sorry if this seems like a rant but I had to get it all out
