What kind of dreams?
My mother had her stellium in my 12th. I rarely dream of her but when I do/did, almost every dream was prophetic.

I’ve also heard of this phenomenon.

I have had many dreams when I saw colleagues or former schoolmates. Usually I don’t see their planets in my 12th, in my case it’s always the other way around. If I dream about them is because one of my personal planets falls inside their 12th.
