There is a steium of sedna/mercury/moon/sun which indicates devotion to truth was the fundamental basis on the marriage.this is emphasized by the Saturn/moon and Saturn/sedna midpoints being opposed to the Juno/Jupiter midpoint.It seems that he was not sexually faithful as the Neptune/pholous midpoint is square to eris and the node.eris is trine to Eros and is sextile to nessus.this shows his sexual drive is strong.and with Neptune and pholous aspects CG d hidden affairs would be expected.
The mars/psyche midpoint is square to eris which indicates indicates his is interest in younger women.
This may sound banal but as the time went on he wanted a younger woman.
I say that be cause the aspects of marriage and devotion are very strong and it is a unusual that their compatibility could not save the marriage.
But the Eros/psyche midpoint is opposition d to saturn which shows he never grew up emotionally and still desires the flames of youth no matter how inappropriate.
