Generally this implies some lesson or message about life exist.
But more importantly is that the vertex is conjunct the dsc and square to Venus and the mercury/Neptune midpoint and the Saturn/sun midpoint.
This is quite unusual as it can show a strange emotional or social connection.it certaintly shows a strong chemistry and attraction but the actual nature of this interaction includes strange coincidences. The midpoints make this connection rather opaque if not outright deceptive.there is restrictive feeling and overall could be a bit malicious. If this is a potential relationship or hookup I would be very cautious all is as it seems.
There is a strong a sexual intensity but it surrounded by dubious motives.
This could show a connection between two people of different ages and different culture is

Thank you for your input we have been talking for a while now. And yes the attraction between us is very strong. It's like nothing I've ever encountered. When you say that the midpoints make this connection deceptive. Are you saying that he's lying about how he really feels? He's been saying that he wants to love me and that he needs me. I'm conflicted about how I feel. Sometimes I think I'm just sexually attracted to him. He said he doesn't just want sex. We do come from different backgrounds.

With mercury/Neptune in the mix,he easily could be lying, but adding the Saturn/sun ,the it could be pathological.he might be in love but in a distorted manner.the vertex energy at the base can show paranormal influence but not necessarily "sane' influences. Otherworldly energies of the vertex could bring ideas totally devoid of rational content.emotional come nnection with vertex energy do jot follow the course that normal human emotional relationship under go.

So if you find him attractive, you must realize the relationship will not follow a normal progression.
Start with a unpredictable cosmic influence and add sexual attraction and symbols of deception and domination and you are looking at a potentially psychotic reaction.
I would suggest doing some searches on him before taking him at face value.

Yeah, he's saying that he has plans for us and we haven't even met.
