I can’t tell if there’s vertex connections on this synastry chart can anyone else tell and interpret them?

His Vertex is at 28Capricorn17, and your's is at 20Virgo48.

Nothing in your natal chart is aspecting his Vertex, but his 21Capricorn08 Mars makes a trine to your Vertex.

I'd interpret this as an indication that you were fated to meet a male with Mars-in-Capricorn, but not necessarily THIS one ... because (the lack of aspects from his vertex indicates) HE was not fated to meet you.

So ... what YOU have to learn from his Capricorn Mars is a fated/inescapable lesson in this lifetime ... but you MAY (or may not) learn it via your relationship with him.

The Davison Chart of this relationship may provide a clue to what his Capricorn Mars can teach you.

In that chart, Mars is in Scorpio/11th house; conjunct a Libra Chiron (with both on the cusp of 12th house) and squaring a 2nd-house-Neptune conjunction with a 3rd-house-Moon (both in Capricorn, and on the cusp of 3rd).

No. ... It indicates a strong mutual attraction between the two of you - certainly with regard to each other's personalities, and probably physical appearance.

For that, I'd search for outer-to-inner planet contacts from both him to you and you to him.

So ... Your Saturn trine his Sun ... His Saturn conjunct your Mercury ... His Saturn square your MC ... His Neptune trine your Venus ... Your Saturn trine his Ascendant ... Your Chiron square his Ascendant.

Not really indications of a fated relationship. These aspects can indicate a past-life connection - making the relationship seem fated.
