i feel my spouse likes his knew work colleague very much. he works with her for 3 months now, she gave him her private phone number and they are texting regularly. he told me only because i was standing next to him when he recieved her message and he had a feeling to explain it to me, i think. i never thought anything about it till now, i realised he avoid texting her when he is at home with me, he takes his phone to the toilet, in the bathroom, everywhere. i never sneaked in his phone, i respect his privacies. but something feels strange lately. so instead of sneaking around i draw a synastry chart for them and for me it looks like attraction.

venus connections
moon venus
also uranus in the mix

my gut feeling is bad for our relationship. i haven't spoken with him because normaly i have trust and faith in him.

what do you guys think about this synastry?
do i have to worry about them?

i wait for the right time to talk to him and try not to accuse him, stay calm and cool.

i can't see anything really speacial in the composite (but i'm not so experienced in reading this kind of charts)

what i see is composite venus affects him cause this is his natal placement. so his triggered venus is a thing here?
and jupiter square to sun, they tend to have much fun together?

oh and mars - pluto in wide conjunction, is this an aspect for attraction?
but no venus sun or venus mars, or venus moon i hope thats good.

their Composite shows again a great compatibility, exciting communication, and there's also a strong mind/psychic connection with north node conjunct Uranus trine Jupiter... north node conjunct Uranus and Neptune though gives a lot of insecurity and instability. this looks like a karmic connection. Jupiter is square to the Sun/Venus midpoint, this may suggest a work environment which is very favourable as they are actually a good team and are comfortable in working together. but this is also conjunct to the Mars/Venus midpoint which may suggest that a strong attraction is there, even though with Jupiter square to it a selfish aspect is involved or in this case the work environment may not be favourable for romance to develope. If the TOBS are correct, Jupiter in 12th house would also point to difficulties for the relationship to take off the ground out in the open. The Moon/Jupiter midpoint is also square Chiron, and Venus is square DSC, so if there's any romantic attraction this looks challenged by environmental issues or, like in your case, 'cause of other romantic committments.
Transiting Jupiter is square composite Pluto and this suggests that there are other priorities and ambitons between the two. When transiting Saturn will also be square to Composite Pluto/Mars later this year, their connection will likely have a break.

i never was in a neptunian relationship before and when we met i was aware of the neptun squares and moon in 12th with uranus and saturn but this never played out in a hard way. i was pleased with our synastry ac/dc connections.

he is really in his work the last weeks he is in a leading position (new for him) and she is his direct surrogate.

i hope we can talk this out in a few days, i wait till he has a bit more freetime and feel relaxed. don't wan't to put stress on him now.
