Hello,That would be because your ASC is in Gemini, so the 7th house represents long term relationships - romantic or business. SO Sagittarius would be your partner. Jupiter is also in Pisces in the 10th house, I think this is the reason that you would want a person to be an earth sign, because it's in the house of career and profession, so I think a Capricorn you had in mind. You have Fire DC and not much fire in your chart, only Saturn what could be qualified as void of fire. You need fire people to fill that void.
I have a similar situation in my chart and people with fire might activate my energy. Not always in a good way.
