Hi Guys,I am still learning astrology and I was looking at a synastry chart recently and ran into a couple of aspects that I know are likely to be considered powerful but I am not sure exactly how to interpret them - was hoping you could all help provide insight. The chart overlay has a NN opposition (or NN conjunct SN) between the two charts. Her NN in Gemini conjuncts his SN in Gemini, Her SN in Sagitarrius conjuncts his NN in Sagitarrius at a 2-degree orb. Additionally, she is a Sagittarius Sun and also has her Sun conjunct her SN in her natal chart. This also creates her sun conjunct his NN at a very close orb. as well. Has anyone seen an aspect like this before? If so, can you give any color to how it is generally felt by parties/received or plays out? Thanks for the help! IP: Logged |

I have this with my dad. My north node is in Sadge, his in Gemini, conjunct my moon, Venus and south node. IP: Logged |

I have a very similar situation/constellation with a family member, who is not a blood relative, but married into our family.
In our family we have a tendency to Sagittarius/strong Jupiters, specially some south nodes.
I am Sagittarius rising, south node very close to the ascendant, most important planets in ninth house, important asteroids in Sag.
We tend to like history (south node)/philosophy in our family.The one person I am talking about has her north node on my south node and near to some other family members' south nodes. We feel, that when we interact and specially when we talk about interesting things, we can teach eachother, we are joining on one axis (very interesting feeling, hard to explain),
but we are coming from the opposite sides.
She seems to me much 'lighter', airier regarding how she talks about interesting things, analyses them, judges them, sees the world...
Although in other areas she seems not airier at all (emotionally, Cancer-Sun), in total I have more air than she has.
But what we didn't develop enough yet, where we are still one sided a bit is :
I am missing Gemini, she Sagittarius. We tend to enjoy joking together, we are both extrovert and very interested in many things.
We teach eachother the view of the other, and I have the feeling it works over time, we know eachother a long time now.
I can enjoy the 'light' conversation/views and see even the spiritual in it,
she seems to get more 'philosophical'. Well, that's just my imperfect view, maybe still a bit one-sided. IP: Logged | |
