Well, no, I was devalued and discarded. I didn’t realize (the signs were there) that he was a narcissist until much later. Never heard from him again (2018), though he tortured me remotely through the aftermath, for years after, discreetly. Even this year, he made a series of paintings for an exhibition that specifically referenced the time when we first got together in 2015; a picture of my socks that were on the floor. https://imgur.com/a/HLGFUBA

At this point, after fully processing grief, the whole experience is laughable. Thank god.
