I would expect a strong mutual attraction because the red ascendant ruler (Gemini Moon) is conjunct the blue descendant. This is a very strong indication for attraction and compatibility. But given the red natal chart their pride might get in the way. This also might be seen in the composite chart with Mars square Pluto, making a t-square with Jupiter as well. Harsh aspects with Pluto often indicate an attraction and repulsion dynamic involving power struggles. I can’t see in the charts how well someone has integrated their challenges, so maybe a sensitive ego is the issue or maybe something else is going on. A lot of fixed signs are going through a rough time right now with transit Saturn, Uranus and the eclipses in fixed signs too.

I certainly feel that eclipse energy and the heavy influence of Saturn right now, it would make sense to expect him to also be under the influence of these powerful cosmic occurrences. I'm still going through my Saturn return until March 2023 too, perhaps that is having an influence on my end...

Because like AnabelLucy...the synastry is insane, and it's super frustrating that we cannot fully have our way with each other.

This makes sense, thank you for your response. Despite my feelings I am under no false hope or illusion that, just because the synastry looks intense and significant, there is any future with Mr Leo. After all, astrology is all about potentials, not predictions(!). This particular connection is ostensibly not meant to me in this lifetime. But the charts do raise many interesting questions and seem to speak of a soul family or karmic bond, so hey, maybe next time around haha.

I am still interested in people's analysis and opinions on what they see here though, as it's all teaching me about the noble art of synastry!
