Which constellation would be stronger felt (and more sensible for a romantic relationship)?

1. ASC Libra (Female) with Aries Moon (Male) exactly conjunct her DC.

- he has a natal Pluto-Moon Opposition, so his Pluto is also conjunct her ASC
- her own Pluto is conjunct her ASC squaring her Aquarius Mars widely and reproducing his own Pluto-Moon Opposition

2. Libra Venus (Female) with Aries Moon (Male) in exact Opposition.

- her Venus also conjuncts his Pluto

How is his natal Pluto-Moon Opposition modified by her Venus getting in between it?

Thank you!

An observation

Libra seeks balance, calm and harmony (if not outright passive aggression on occasion.)
Venus and Pluto in the synastry asc indicates intensity, bringing one’s subconscious fears, jealousy, emo baggage from the past, control themes, and objective possessiveness. I mean, it also indicates great sexual chemistry, a compelling aspect which you might feel gripped by gravity and pressed into intimacy.

Opposite his moon, the depth of emotions could make him feel insecure, could bring up mommy issues from childhood (opp Pluto could Indicate a deficit in nurturing.)
There’s not going to be a which is stronger answer that satisfies bc you are each experiencing those synastry aspects individually and uniquely.

Pluto is transformative if we delve into the depths and feelings it brings up in relationships, house placements and aspects.
For you both, Pluto on the asc, this relationship may very well affect your identity/how you identify with the world after resolving emotional pressure (Pluto: the hidden depths, like folding a water hose while it’s on to cinch the flow, the pressure builds until released.)
The aspects you mentioned offer you a very different and intense reflection on who you (identity/self) and will likely affect how your ego handles fantasy of emotional reality vs actual reality.

Thank you very much for this extensive answer, dear Helix!

Actually those are two different women in Synastry to the same Pluto-Moon man. Only the first one has her own Pluto conjunct her Libra ASC.
The second one is younger and her Pluto is already in Scorpio, not affecting her Libra Venus.
The man has an 8th House Moon in Aries opposite Pluto in Libra.
So, with the first woman, his Moon exactly conjunct her DC, which is nice - but his Pluto lies on her ASC then (and triggers her own Pluto).
The second woman has her 9th House Venus exactly opposite his Aries Moon and is conjunct to his Libra Pluto.

What I was asking myself was, if conjunctions to the DC are generally more potent than other contacts like Moon-Venus or Pluto-Venus.
Or if in this case, which pair has more potential as a romantic relationship (if that is possible to say).

But your comments were very helpful!
Indeed, he has issues with a huge lack of nurturing because he was separated from his mother as a small child and she also is a suffocating person.
So probably for the first woman, the contact would be transformative according to her self/identity. What would he feel conjuncting her DC - having another Pluto opposite his own Moon at the same time?
And what about the second one? Are her views or belief systems (9th House) transformed, according to love?
Can the Moon-Venus contact balance or soften the Moon-Pluto Opposition of the man?

The first relationship did not get off the ground, and became a friendship (although the attraction is still there).
The second one has turned into a passionate relationship VERY quickly and with an unavoidable energy that only Pluto can foster.

I would say Venus/Moon is stronger in my opinion, but house overlays might influence how this aspect plays out. But when someone aspects your Venus the Venus person can very easily start devoloping romantic feelings for the other person while with the 7th house even though it`s a relationship house it doesn`t always trigger deep feelings in the house person because of the Airiness of the house a bit similar to the 5th house were the attractions might not be that deep or it might not be any attraction at all. But it really depends too what houses are activated in the Synastry, like if they have any overlays in the Water houses or if the two people ends up having their planets in houses that are strong in the other`s chart this might trigger a very strong draw between the two.
