I know the differences between what the Composite and Davison are and how they are calculated. Why, though, are they so vastly different sometimes that it barely seems like they are describing the same relationship.

Right now, I'm just looking at the facts of what the relationship will be. We will be working together doing charity work, primarily fund raising events.

Any romantic attraction on my part and potential romantic relationship is just hypothetical at this point. That may or may not ever materialize. Working together at the charity fund raising is a given, though. There's nothing hypothetical about that part.
So, I'm looking at the charts to see that, and it seems to show easily. I just can't figure out why the two charts are so very different.

Here's the Composite with T and me:

Here's the Davison:

Things I can see that make sense:

In Composite:
-Virgo AC ruler Mercury in Leo 12th house.
We will be working together in a charity for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and children with special needs. We will both be involved with this charity work on a permanent basis. That makes sense then for chart ruler to be Virgo and for Mercury to be in 12th in Leo (service involving charity work with special needs children).
-Chart ruler Mercury trine Neptune in 4th and widely trine Jupiter in 8th. 8th house Jupiter @ 0° Aries on Aries Point.
That seems to make sense for charity work. We will be doing joint fund raising, and that seems to make sense to see Jupiter in 8th. It being on the Aries Point may indicate that we will be successful at raising funds for the charity together and helping a lot of people. That's nice to see.
-Sun conjunct Saturn in Cancer 11th house
That seems to show a long term relationship working together in a Cancer/11th house way (children's charities/groups?)
-Mars in 10th house
Shows a strong drive to succeed in our charity work
-Venus Gemini in 10th
Shows the work raising funds and working with the public/social fund raisers, etc.
-Moon in Cancer in 10th
Shows working with the public and children
-Chiron in 8th
Maybe shows healing others through fund raising and providing funds for a cause we care so much about

I'm not sure how to interpret the Pluto opp. Jupiter T-square with Mars-Moon-Venus. Maybe it just indicates lots of activity?

The Davison:
-Chart ruler Uranus in 8th house
Does that show fund raising through technology, perhaps through internet, media? Maybe shows brainstorming on inventive ways to raise funds? not sure on this one
-Pluto in 8th house
Maybe shows success in fund raising events and raising funds/receiving charity contributions from powerful people?
-Sun,Venus,Mercury,POF in 12th
Shows our charity work, and maybe with POF there it shows happiness derived from our charity work
-8th house Pluto trine Venus-Mercury in 12th
Shows the link between our charity work and fund raising. I think the Pluto being trine Venus shows we will be successful in raising lots of funds for the charity.
-Saturn in Cancer in 5th
I think this shows our work involving children, and that we will take it very seriously. We will both consider it an important responsibility.
-Mars in 10th, same as Composite
Again, shows strong drive to be successful in our charity fund raising activities.
-Chiron in 2nd
Maybe shows healing others through providing money for their needs, raising money for the charity, like the Composite Chiron in 8th.
-Jupiter-Ceres in 1st house in Pisces
This seems to show the joy and happiness we will experience through our involvement with special needs children and serving others.

So, those are the things I can see in both charts, but I still can't figure out why they appear to be so different. What exactly are the differences between the Composite and Davison in real world practical terms?
