on the one hand you need saturn aspects in synastry to make a relationship last on the other hand "negative" saturn aspects create restrictions, delays etc. How is it in the composite? I ve heard many people complain that they have saturn squares to sun, moon or venus in composite but ins t it better for the longevity of the relationship than to have no saturn aspects at all? Do you know couples who have lasted without strong composite saturn? How tight do you make the orbs? How about saturn in the 1st? Apart from bring a relationdhip that doesn t get Off the ground, does it also make a relationship last?IP: Logged |

The aspects of Saturn in the composite will reflect the ones in the synastry.------------------

Not necessarily! He has an exact saturn square on my sun ( saturn: his chart ruler, sun: my chart ruler) in synastry, and it also squares my mercury by 5degree and venus and mars by 6 degree whereas my saturn is unaspected. In our composite that is a saturn in house one in conj with nep and in a wide trine (so a positive aspect: 6- 7degree) to sun, moon venus, mars). Is that a strong aspect? Or are the orbs in the composite too wide? Will it hold us together? Does a house 1 saturn make a relationdhip long lasting? IP: Logged |

What do you mean by "not necessarily"? I didn't mean the aspect is the same as in synastry, I meant the aspect will reflect the Saturnian energy in the synastry. And the composite is a midpoint structure, you know. So it midpoints the synastric aspects. And yes, that trine is a good thing ------------------
