If person A's Mercury and Mars are conjunct in the 8th house at 29 degree Pisces and Person B's Chiron is located at 29 degree Pisces, they conjunct each other in a synastry overlap chart. But what does this mean?

Is Chiron healing? Pain and traumatic wounds? Both?

Mercury is communication and thoughts, Mars is energy, 8th house is transformative etc.
