Context/the story
I met someone at work 3 years ago. At first, I thought I hadn't noticed her, but now I just realize that I remember exactly the moment she entered in my office.

Anyway, it was lockdown and as she was new to the company and I was to. We used to come a lot in the office to get to know people working there while people already senior in the company would just enjoy home office. We started talking a lot, and I started to realize, ok, there's something.

After one year, I was falling for her pretty hard to an extent I would be physically impacted (like I would lose weight when she was on holiday). But still nothing happened

Second year 2021 to summer 2022, we kind of hung out together a lot in a "us against the world" sort of way (you'll probably understand with the charts) and enjoyed it a lot talking everyday through Teams and at lunch. Then there was a party at work, and we both stayed very late (alcohol helped a lot). I gave her several hugs during that night and kissed her several times on her forehead. In the morning, in the taxi back to our respective homes, she would come into my arms and we just stayed like this enjoyig each other physical presence. Right after this, I started to think something was possible but our relationship got worse and within one month she said she didn't want to see me anymore (This year she had a Solar Return with a Venus-Pluto conjunction in VI opposite her Moon in XII). I respected her decision, because what I haven't told you yet is that... I am married with 2 kids.

Anyway, this was still painful but I respected her decision and left her alone and I was telling to myself like "ok just stop your BS and focus on your marriage and kids". From July 22 to March 23 we hardly exchange any word except for work reason (our jobs don't really require us to work that closely).
But starting from March, I think we both felt the pull to each other, like there's nothing we can do about it and we very progressively let things where they got left very smoothly it just felt so easy as things. At some point, she decided to quit the company and I encouraged her because I feel it's best for her and she deserves better. The timer was set on 3 months until she would really leave and I wouldn't see her everyday.

This is already waay too long and we haven't even started the astro part, so I'll be quick. New parties at work throughout June, we both stayed late everytime and I started again the hugging and kissing thing without even realizing it. But this time something really happened and she told me "she had stopped resisting because it was too hard" and there we are. I'm a married man with an affair.

- both Saturn heavy themes
- close Venus Mars conjunction
- close Venus Moon conjunction (this one I have with my mother and my wife...)
- close Moon Saturn opposition
- Vertex double whammy

- composite chart seems pretty heavy as well but sun unaspected even though conjunct DS

if there’s anything i’ve learned from 12+ years of studying charts, astrology will not make decisions for you

Yes being a Parisian, I feel like I don’t need any morale judgment on the situation. I was rather posting for the astrology side of the situation, to get astrology insights on the synastry. I’ve been practicing myself for 20+ years. But you know how it is always easier to assess other people themes/synastry.

I already have my own questioning on the whole thing on the morale level, no help required..

As Virgo Moon, I spent some more time (over)analyzing the whole thing.

I feel like the synastry is really incredible.

- Sun-venus conjunction and Sun-venus sextile : always nice to have reciprocity
- Moon-venus very close conjunction(<1 degree) (and my venus is both conjunct Jupiter and Neptune natal which)
- Venus- Mars close conjunction (<1 degree) in my 5th house (and in her 11th)
- Solid Saturn aspects (Saturn trine Saturn, her mars-mercury sextile my Saturn) and ofc her Saturn opposite my Moon (very close orb) on our AS/DC axis which is both a challenging aspect and very binding
- My Moon in her 7th house
- My Sun in her 8th house (intense but hey, i'm Scorpio after all, this is my vibe)
- Vertex conjunct ascendant double whammy so close and Vertex conjunct DC in composite
- Then there's those outer planets contacts to our respective suns: this Sun/Neptune conjunction and Sun/Neptune sextile... and same goes with Pluto

- Even our 11 years difference matches the Capricorn/Saturn heavy bond
- as for the composite : Moon-Pluto conjunction "sextiling" this overcrowded 7th house. Sun conjunct DC.
