History has shown me that these 2 signs just don't mix...

As a boss, they can be very inspirational, motivational and just wonderful to be around.

But work is not about the grand. It is about the details and working continuously on the details.

If the Sag has Taurus, Virgo and Cap placements. It is much better. They will concern themselves with details

If the Sag has lots of Lib,Gem,Aqua placements.You may get irritated with their impractical nature.

They can be very charming and persuasive though.If you like that.

If the Sag has lots of water placements, there is likely to be a very sensitive individual. This may be especially more evident if Pisces is part of the mix.

From my very personal experience, my grandad was in a high managerial position (managing over 600 staff). He was very serious, strict, not a show off, and highly intelligent. I remember, there were many opportunities to get services as a "favour"(including REAL ESTATE), that he declined, cause he was that proper and didn't believe it was a right thing to accept a bribe Sorry, I went off topic here.

His placements were:
Sag Sun/Mercury
Aqua Moon
Scorpio Venus
Virgo Mars
His Natal consists of mostly stressful aspects.

Very good thing, you both have compatible Venuses, Marses and Mercuries, and it looks like you have a lot of easy aspects, that are great to have in working environment.

Aspects that may cause some friction or petty annoyance is a stressful Moon/Mercury DW and your Mars in a stressful aspect to her Mercury and Venus. You both may be critical towards each other and have small misunderstandings, so try deliver your message clearly when needed, and don't take things too personally, if your boss critisizes you.
Your boss makes a lot of nice aspects to your Venus and Asc, so I think you'll be plasant to be around no matter what.

As was said, your synastry doesn't look at all bad.

You could challenge each other in a good way.

Try to be straight forward and don't take things so personally if she is straight forward with you. Though her Merc is already in Cap so she'll likely be more tactful and matter of fact about things, less blunt I guess. More tactful.

Really. Sag & Scorpios DO get along. It'll be fine!
