1. His 5th and 8th house ruler (Mercury) are conjunct my sun, moon, and Mercury in my 8th house. Does this almost register as if it were his 5th/8th house ruler aspecting my 8th house connection for me? Who is this more significant to?

2. His moon is Aries, my Venus and Mars are Aries. Does this lead to an attraction for either one of us?

3. Is there anything in here that is showing a telepathic connection? We haven't been dating long but we often think of something at the same time, we know what the other person is about to say before they say it, and when I think of him he will contact me and vice verse.

I think it's a little different, but similar. It's probably deeper than 'just' a connection of rulers, because it hits your luminaries, and all of the planets involved are personal planets. I think the ruler connection adds more potential for a romantic relationship.

I would say, you, because they are your luminaries being affected.
