Here is a synastry chart of me and someone I've been pining for for a long time.

I'm on the inside. Would love some of your opinions

assuming the birth times and info. are correct his planets, especially mercury, impact important houses in your chart. yours don't do the same for him. you'd likely feel romantic attraction and he'd be more comfortable as friends. moon opp. mercury is rarely a strong point for romance; cap and cancer in those positions would have some real issues.

Thanks for your reply! The other person is actually a woman. That sucks because sometimes I really feel like there is something more but we are both too afraid to show it.

Do you think part of the issue might be the age gap? Some people with automatically 'friendzone' someone if it seems they're considerably outside their 'dating range'.

I do agree with you! For me It's not an issue but for her I think it is which is so frustrating.

who has the moon in their 12th house? that placement - any major sign in the 12th, really - can inhibit expression of emotion to some degree. that person might struggle with saying what they feel, and would need to put themselves out there more. but since it opposes the other person's mercury they might feel uncomfortable doing that.

I am the one with the 12th house moon. I find it hard to put into words what I feel a lot and yes I'm afraid to say anything in case it could ruin the friendship we have.
