I also noticed I've been having lots of dreams lately. ( these past 3 days no kidding) particularly assuming it's because the transit sun and saturn is conjunct my ascendant, my name, DNA, ANGEL and PALLAS in the 3rd house. It is even trine my natal moon now.

Dang Yanmorg, that defently resonated a lot and im sorry about your loss (saturn can defently restrict and force the couple go through lessons that are needed for you both to go through). it's almost like a transformation that you and your ex went through in fact i even think you both had to go trhough this transformation of the both of you just ending it.

I suppose what saturn does when transits personal planets or planets in the 1st house is that it forces the couple to put some sort of limitation and restriction. I mean that's what it pretty much sounds to me from your experience with transit saturn.
