You should make a new thread because 1. This is an old thread and 2. It's in the wrong section. Or we could wait until it's moved.

Double whammy of Venus and Mars, conjunct and sextile.

He also had sun conjunct ruler of my 7th. I met him when Jupiter was transiting my 7th house.

Belage,

Venus/Mars conjunction double whammy. Does the attraction wane with time or stays? How is it in terms of longevity?

I had a double venus/mars conjunction with a guy (his venus conjunct my mars, my mars conjunct his venus -- one pairing within 1 degree and the other exact). I just wanted to give my two cents here -- I've never found someone more compatible in terms of dating. It was more sexual magnetism rather than emotional though.

The sexual attraction was insane. It was the most true feeling of compatibility I've ever felt! But it only lasted 4 months. It started fizzling on the fourth month. Actually it was a few weeks ago. It ended kind of dramatically, but I wonder if we will get back together. I'm leaving out a lot of details -- anyway I think very strong venus/mars conjunctions do have a tendency to be dramatic and charged...

Even though it was amazing, I did notice that the venus/mars conjunctions did not have the emotional depth of something like a pluto or moon link. I really need that deep emotional bonding for a true relationship with someone!

Our composite vs our davison chart is so weird though... The composite has a lot aspects that shows the relationship to be flighty, while our davison has venus conjuncting pluto! So weird...

First of all, I was not attracted to him at first. He pursued me like a puppy for a year before I relented and put my guards down.

Sex was amazing. The best I ever had. Effortlessly easy, natural and deeply satisfying. And for a Venus in Virgo with Saturn in 8th house person, that says a lot.

But we can't live our lives in bed. lol He was a sweetheart, and I enjoyed his company but we were too different in worldview and life goals. Plus he drank a little too much for my taste. I just could not see a lifetime with him.

Finally we parted in good terms. After I moved across the country, he sent me letters telling me he missed me and wishes he had not let me go... But I was not about to come back just for him. I am sure he is married with children now. Regardless, he will always have a soft spot in my heart.
