There's potential here ! your sun is exactly trine his sun/moon (and with a very tight orb) your moon although is late aries, is in the same sign as his (not strong, but still a good sign).
Your mars falls in his 5th, sun and mercury in his 7th, venus in his 8th means you affect him in the areas of life associated with relationships (it doesnt necessarily mean he'll follow suit though). On you chart, aside from his venus in your 5th, there isnt much that indicates romance, your 7th ruler (mars) is trine pluto (hot sex aspect), ruler of the 8th (venus) sextile mars. The connexion here isn't as strong.

As for meeting in real life, if he lives very far away from you check your mutual 9th (long distance travel), else check the 3rd (short travels).

I havent gone in depth, i'd advice you to pick each element and judge it, as even the most "harmonious" of aspects have their down side. Also check your mutual vertices (to see if your relationship is fated)

well, in your synastry chart, look at both your 3rd and 9th houses.
He has neptune in your 3rd, you have jupiter in his 9th, imo you're the one that's most likely make the long journey to meet him up, although he does dream (neptune) about visiting you, but i wouldn't really count on the 3th house here, since its for short-trips, not an over-sea travel.
The ruler of your 9th is mercury, now your mercury is trine his mars and pluto, so he might come after you after all !
