Draco planets on South NOde in tropical represent in my understanding a lesson that you have to learn again. Somehow something did not run too smoothly in the past, and you get a chance to reboot so to speak. Interestingly I have something like this myself. Draco Moon conjunct my tropical SN and DESC.
