Topic: Mars Venus conjunction in synastry question

So a guy I have known for a while contacted me recently. Yesterday he asked me out. While we were communicating online, he went from just talking to coming on very strong. I got his birthday, but not time, and sure enough, his mars is conjunct my venus. I have had this before, and that man was also very sexually aggressive. Not in an abusive way, but comes on very very strong and is extremely turned on. The other guy couldn't keep his hands off me from the get go. I am afraid this will be another repeat. His Aphrodite is also conjunct my Mars. So my question is, does Mars conjunct Venus, when man is Mars, always make the man very aggressive/assertive in pursuing the woman sexually? Like more so than he would be normally? EDIT: his venus does not aspect my mars, but it is on my arabic part of sexual drive. Nice. Apparently, lately in synastry, I am pulling in men with whom I can have great sexual love affairs. The universe is telling me to live it up? Ha! IP: Logged |

Anyone?Can we talk about Mars conjunct Venus experiences in general?
It's supposed to be such a nice aspect but I feel like it is a little suffocating. This conjunction happens in Virgo, so maybe that's it?

Found this from Kim Falconer and thought I would share:"By synastry, Mars/Venus is meant to be sexy, though that would only be the case if one felt fairly confident in their own, internal “love vs. will” dilemma. Well I think it would have been hot, but with both men, as soon as I accepted a date with them, they went from 0-60. It's crazy. They immediately both started in on sexual nuances, like they are testing the waters to see what I will tolerate. And oddly, this morning the new guy sent me a text message that was the exact same as the ones my other guy would send. It becomes possessive and and entitled right away. I had so-so synastry with the first one, and it blew up after dating for six months. I always felt mistrust with him. This one, the synastry on paper looks pretty damn good. But I am feeling totally creeped out by his advances. We even have Moon trine Moon, and I wish I was feeling that instead of this uncomfortable mars venus conjunction. IP: Logged |

I have my VENUS in Leo conjunct a girl's Mars in Leo, at less than 2°. Now, some people adopt the notion that when it's the MAN'S Venus conjunct the woman's Mars, the connection/energy isn't as strong as the other way around. The male Mars conjuncting the female Venus is said to be the natural way, and is the more powerful aspect. I have no clue if this is true or not. Maybe someone can shed some light. IP: Logged |

How do you feel with her Mars on your Venus?
I had my Mars trine a man's Venus, and I was definitely the pursuer. The energy was great, but I did not care for being the pursuer. I prefer the other way, but I think I don't like this conjunction.
