It works in a very strange and fascinating way. Sometimes as one and sometimes not so. Let me explain....

Mars in Libra is the charmer-true.

Mars in 7th is very competitive in relationships.

Mars in Libra is who I am at the beginning i.charming, agreeable and diplomatic.

But as time goes on, the Mars in 7th is activated i.e I become very much the initiator and aggressor in relationships with others.

But even with that being the case, I am "charming" about it and not coarse or overbearing. Its like I convince the other person to let me be in charge etc. Again Mars in Libra showing itself up here.

Mars in 7th is also whom i am attracted to i.e enthusiastic, action-oriented, honest, independent types etc. True to my Juno in Aries.

Someone with Mars in Scorpio and the 7th house will behave differently from someone with Mars in Libra and 7th i.e

Mars in Scorpio is prone to extremes of emotions and can be quite explosive.

Mars in 7th house and Scorpio would suggest that this person wants to have their way-no compromise. You are either with them or you are not(Scorpio).

The relationship may be prone to power struggles(as Scorpio Dsc suggests). But they are intent on winning and don't avoid confrontations(Mars in Scorpio).

the fact that you are attracted to aries is suggested by mars in 7. we need to project into what we attract the sign or planets in seventh house. I feel very much attracted to piscis energy as I have neptune in 7th.

however, your mars in leo is going to be Leo always no matter the house and the house indicate in which sphere of life you may find more often the opportunities-challenges to use your mars (open enemies, litigations, contracts, partners). depending on the aspects, the mars will have different colors, but if no important aspects to mars, you are going to go after what you want as a typical Leo: bossy, self-confident, direct. you will not face he typical problems of libra mars in asserting their will.

is there any other aspect to mars? on the other side, you being attracted to libra may be explained by any other aspect in your chart and not to the fact that have mars in 7th house. where is your venus? I have mars-venus in 3rd house cusp and intellectuality and communication is important to me.

This is what was initially sparked me to ask this. I noticed that my 7H Leo Mars had this Venusian undertone to it which made me think of it as similar to having Mars in Libra.

I also noticed that it gave a sort of 'balance' to my Mars in Leo, and not make me as overly bombastic as Leo energy can sometimes be lol.
