i like to see the conjunction and the opposition 0-3 degrees of orb to feel at least strong chemistry unless his Moon is 20-23 degrees cancer I see the potential of a relationship forming but I don't like that his sun and Saturn square your Pluto or his Pluto square your Mercury but at the same time I like the conjunction to your south node this tells me that this is a karmic connection you have with him. But I still like to see conjunctions and squares to the nodes rather then the south node. And even if his Moon were to conjunct your Venus and mars I still don't like to see you as a woman if I'm correct? Wearing the pants here unless you don't mind have the upper hand here? And if he doesn't mind being the emotional one here.

Just my opinion. I apologize you sure you can't get his TOB? It would help a lot to know his exact TOB.

His Neptune opposite your Venus and mars is sweet very romantic he's just adored by you completely it's a mural feeling. But I don't like that his Uranus
Opposing your Venus and mars at the same time it's good for sexual attraction in the beginning but later on you might feel him becoming distant but at the same time I'd like to see a TOB.

Oh dang that sucks I'm sorry to hear that he doesn't make an effort to initiate i know how that can be so annoyingggg. What I meant about adored by you is that he finds you romantic and adoring he's just awwwwww by you like butterflies in his stomach kind of feeling and it's actually a mutual feeling cause his Neptune is opposing your Venus(you feeling it) and mars (him feeling the sexual romantic attraction awww feeling).
