Have you ever had your mars conjunct someone else's ascendant? What was your very first impression of them?I know the general thought is that this conjunction makes mars sexually want the ascendant, but there is someone I work with which I have this with. I had a first encounter with this person that... did not read as attraction to me.
We've never actually spoken to one another. In fact to my knowledge, this was the first time he's ever seen me at all. I sit somewhere that people can only see me if they happen to go across a hallway that this person rarely has to go through. I work in HR and I have to remember each person's name (and have a list of their birthdays which is handy for astrology) even if I never actually interact with them. In other words- I've seen him already just like I've seen everyone else in the company, but I'm not sure he's ever seen me before this. I can't be sure. The other day I looked up from my paper work and suddenly realized he was looking at me... but what stood out was HOW he was looking. Not sure how to explain it, but He did NOT have a friendly looking face while doing it. To me it looked like he was very much disturbed by what he was seeing- and it was me he was seeing. I was just quietly doing my work and dressed in normal boring turtleneck office attire so I can't imagine what could've been causing this.
When our eyes met he did NOT look away or stop it! He just keep drilling a hole through me with his eyes, Those 2 seconds seemed to last forever. Not being able to handle it, I was the one to look away and go back to my work. The next time I looked up he was gone. Neither of us ever said a word! This is literally the only interaction I have ever had with this individual.
So I went to the file that has the birthdays of all the employees on it just to see if I could find an astrological reason here for this really weird first encounter. He's got both his Jupiter and mars conjunct my ascendant but Mars is closest at less than 1 degree conjunct. Jupiter is about 5 degrees. My planets don't seem to be making any negative angles to his mars, but there are several sextiling it.
I'm not sure if I just didn't read him correctly or if mars just hates the ascendant person at first before meeting them?? Any experiences with this aspect?
