Topic: North Node conjunct Mars and North Node square Venus in synastry

I have read the few interpretations of this aspect in synastry and to me they are mostly vague or a bit unclear of what is being said.does anyone has experience with these aspects? what's it like for the Node person feeling another person's Mars conjunct their North node
plus have their North node square another person's Venus. And when these two node apsects are to only one person' nodes. IP: Logged |

I could imagine sexual attraction from the North Node person to the Mars person. Not sure if the square to Venus would be felt.IP: Logged |

I don't think ive heard that a square is a change to the node person's destiny.(maybe i have im forgetful)
That's interesting. So the planet person comes into their life and throws things off for better or for worse for the node person @Beautiful_Light

My thought is that the nodal axis connects us to the unknown or things that are not easily tapped into in many cases. Someone else's energy squaring that is activating that unknown energy. So it can be a delight to have someone trigger a feeling of being excited and revived, or the other way around where it feels really heavy. Either way, Im thinking it's activating something in the native who has the planets squaring their nodes. So for Mars, it would be a kick in the backside to get that person moving, Venus, to understand their love nature for themselves and others. Chiron I think would be a tough one...like uncovering all the Bs layers a person has and discovering their core self and being alright with who they are. I've looked back in my relationships and how I have grown from each and squares to my node and theirs to formulate my own opinions on the topic. The nodes do not have any type of cookie cutter interpretation in my eyes. Simply because the unknown means something different to everyone. It's very unique. Someone's Mars squaring my node when I'm 18 years old is going to have a different meaning to me when I've evolved to a mentality of a 40 year old. We should know more about ourselves at that point so a relationship or interaction with someone triggering our nodes at different points in life will represent different thought processes for us, or it should. If we evolved towards stability before we meet the companions planet that is touching our node, there's not a lot of room for it. It's not needed or craved. If we have more closely mastered our ability to be assertive in a healthy mindset (Mars) someone triggering that in us will not help us grow so much...we don't crave it. But, if we are lacking in other areas, we may feel attracted to the type of energy the other person brings to our life. IP: Logged |
