The nodes on the the other's angle is very powerful and binding IME, I had SN conjunct IC with my ex on his vertex and that was really powerful stuff but his DC ruler was there too activating that, in your case is JUNO, we did talk about getting married and he was planning to propose. I imagine with the NN there instead of SN there is a higher chance of this connection lasting long term. Juno conjunct NN is promising showing potential for a relationship to develop. Pluto/NN is very binding, there is a great video on this aspect:
