wow Todd, I am speechless. you really see through things. thank you. every detail seems very true. especially about his rather cruel emotional nature underneath quite affectionate demeanor and him being secretive.. it is so true.. I see this duality in him. when he opens up, he is like a loving, tender child, but when I try to reach to him in answer, he closes up and become very selfish and sometimes cruel.. it's a complicated relationship, but there are some true feelings of love, compassion and acceptance here. at least in my subjective experience)
