Astroaz, house placements relate planetary energies to specific areas of human experience. In general, angular planets are stronger. Interaspects show how the various planets' energies combine with each other. Order of major aspect power is: conjunction, opposition, trine, square, sextile. quote: Originally posted by astrosaz: In Synastry (or Natal) what is the difference between aspects and house placements energy wise?

'house placements relate planetary energies to specific areas of human experience.' So for example if someones stellium falls in your 7th house they may stir relationship issues or 10th career issues or 4th family issues and mostly be involved in that area of your life? 'general, angular planets are stronger' As in planets that fall onto AC, IC, DC, MC? '. Interaspects show how the various planets' energies combine with each other. ' So if someone's Scorpio stellium for example falls in somebody's 5th house, but squares their sun, merc, Venus, Mars. How would that play out?

That depends on the House and Sign positions of their Sun, Mercury, Venus and Mars--and any other major aspects to that Scorpio stellium.

My friend's Pluto conjuncts my Mars in the 6th house. Pluto /Mars is the aspect or energy 6th house is where it takes place. We thought of going in business together but I know it will not be great. His Pluto joins my Mars with my Pluto in 7th. Too many anger trigger points. Another way this works is to look at planets in houses i.e His Mercury in 3rd house Pisces and my Moon in 3rd house suggests that we both have active minds. He is a lot more cerebral. I am emotive.
