Those events lead up to him being re-incarcerated for being with me (long story, see my other post.)

In our composite, immediately what jumps out at me is the Sun Square Moon. Do you think this reflects his incarceration and the emotional/physical separation we both feel? I noticed Sun sits in Cancer with South Node. We both have kids and we both easily fell for one another hard and passionately. We are able to share our thoughts, feelings and past traumas and joys very naturally.

We both feel safe and protected when we are together - like we bring out each other's best. So why has it gone so south?

The 1st House seems very busy. Moon in Aries with MC, Saturn P. Fort.

Is there any hope in this chart? Do we have a chance to wait out his time back in prison and be reunited? We have so much potential if outside authority would give us a chance.

the sun/moon square's midpoint is square to nessus and venus. nessus again can show stunted emotional openness even though with venus square the sun/moon, the emotional and sexual attraction is again highlighted.

mercury is sextile to venus which shows the easy emotional/mental rapport you have with each other. the midpoint is conjunct the south node which increases the joy with being and communicating with each other. the node adds a psychic connection between you which can show you know each others thoughts and intimate feelings before anything is spoken of.
mars is conjunct to mercury and the venus/mars midpoint is also conjunct the south node which really amps up the sexual/emotional love between you.this can be very overwhelming also.

though the Jupiter sextile to juno shows favorable compatibility, the midpoint is opposed to chiron which suggests that there will be differences in you needs in a relationship. this can show arguments if the relationship becomes very serious /committed.

it this [pointis necessary to point out hat there are harsh aspects with nessus conjunct venus and square the moon/sun midpoint and Saturn conjunct eris square the node.in addition ixion is square to vneus. these aspects can be very dominating and controlling. the fact that there is such a strong emotional/sexual chemistry can be a two edge sword here because your tendency would be to overlook the potential emotional stunting or abusive dynamics that might be present.this is especially important as ixion is conjunct to ceres and square to Venus, so there might be a unconscious/subconscious emotional dynamic to forcefully control you. as ixion is conjunct to ceres, you are likely to become so devoted to him that you will not realize the danger of any abusive tendencies that might arise.there are very strong affectionate feelings but there are also indication of "darker" emotional conditioning.
this is also highlighted as eros is sextile to psyche and the midpoint is conjunct to pallas and pallas is square to the sun.this shows again a idealistic ,spiritual emotional attraction that makes you feel
whole" or makes you life more meaningful. his influence is empower your life. these are favorable characteristics but the moody side still exist.the moon/Saturn midpoint is also opposed to pallas sothe relationship seems to go both ways,that is you both feel your lives enlarge and empowered by this relationship.

there is a grand trine with Orcus, moon and Uranus. this might by sufficient to take off the coldness/harshness that may be present on the subconscious level.

I looked at the current transits with a tri composite and it shows that there is absolute truth between you right now and feelings of devotional and love. the moon is square to nessus and venus is square to pluto and juno, and orcus is sure to the node. these aspects might be symbolic of the estrangement and separation that affect the relationship now.

Thank you truly for your analysis on this composite! There is definitely a lot going on in this relationship and it is rife with struggles. I feel like if we can overcome them though, the rewards will be great.

There is an issue with his TOB. Stoika and I guessed his birth time at 10:30a.m. which sets him at Leo Sun/Aquarian Moon/Libra Rising. He told me he thinks he was born sometime in the morning, but that could be a guess. His mother strongly guards this information so I don't dare ask for clarification lol.

However, we were noticing that some of the alignments and aspects don't really seem to match up with the experiences of the relationship (or maybe not yet, who knows). Setting his TOB at 7:00a.m. changes him to to Leo Sun/Aquarian Moon/Leo Rising.

Do you have any experiences with chart rectification and do you think it is worth it/reliable? There are definitely some major key events in his life that would scream out in a natal chart (near death, murder, incarceration, children, death of his brothers etc.)

I spoke with the P.O. once already and tried to eloquently explain to him the nature of our relationship. Perhaps stressing the cultural intimacy will help. He mentioned that none of his relationships were ever questioned in the past and he doesn't understand the situation or why is P.O went to extremes.

first I haven't seen many accurate rectifications of charts that produced concrete results. I have rectified a few charts based of occurrences correlated to the node's transits, but I am by no means a expert.
I believe that a person's intuitive estimation of birth times is very accurate.
in your situation I believe the 10:30 mark is very accurate because it matches his life experience fairly well.

with near deaths, incarceration ,death of brothers etc, his pluto on the ascendant and square to satru8n could not be more appropriate. since it is known he was born in the morning, this time explicitly gives the probability of the experiences he has endured. there is no other time near to this that would match so exactly to his life experiences.

I have to wonder why he did not divulge the sexual nature of the relationship, though from the composite interpretation , it is not surprising he has issues with being open abut his emotional feelings etc.

Thanks again for your advice and interpretation. I went through a big transition of moving and finally getting into a new place.

Since I was last online, I have finally had contact with my S.O. He was unable to phone until he could load up his phone card (they can only do that once a month.)
He asked his mom what time he was born. He said she thought the morning, then maybe the afternoon, so she couldn’t really remember clearly. He took a guess at 11:00am which isn’t far off from what we guessed.

As things currently stand, he believes he is being held illegally against his will. There are no charges against him. He is going to try and write a Habeas Corpus writ, otherwise he will have to wait until the end of November to see the parole board. His P.O. has written an “assessment” that states he believes him to be “unfit” for society. He is using an incident in a previous relationship as justification for this. Granted, he has never done anything wrong on this parole and he had been extremely careful and diligent with his parole terms.

Apparently, he was dating someone a few years ago and her child was not allowed to be around him, even though he had nothing on his record that stated he could not be around children or women, or that he was unsafe in anyway. I assume this is because the woman he was dating had issues with Child Services herself.

He choose not to listen and they threw him back in prison. He retained a lawyer who managed to release him and prove they were holding him on “cruel” and unjust grounds, or something of the sort.
