I wonder if such indirect links work in synastry?

For example, planet A of parner 1 is in aspect to planet B of partner 2. And this planet B is linked by declination to planet C in the natal of partner 2.

Will it work like a stellium A-B-C?

Or vice versa, declination between A and B in synastry and an aspect between B and C in one natal.
