The house is represented with ruler of the 4 house, Saturn rx.
You are Venus and Moon. Antiscion of Venus is on 3Tau29, so Saturn rx will sextile it so that would be the Yes answer to your question.

I don’t think you will be moving this year. Venus is retrograde in the fixed sign of Leo and the Moon is in the fixed sign of Aquarius - so not going anywhere. As you are asking about moving from one place to the other you’d be looking at the 7th house for that to which there are no aspects with Mars.
Antiscions are only used if they are conjunctions or oppositions. A sextile is a weak aspect at the best of times and if anything Venus applying to Saturn would indicate staying at home, not leaving.

You don't have to accept anything! If you are so miserable at home then get a job or start saving and move out - it's simple, no one is holding you prisoner and if you wait for the stars to say it's going to happen, you could be waiting a very long time.

I have a job and earned some money but i cannot still move out from parents home,life is too expensive so to make it alone.
