So I'm reading horary chart with an early/late ASC are not fit to be read...like it's too early to know the answer yet. What degrees count for an early/late ASC and at about what degree(s) can you consider the ASC good enough to read the chart?

Too early degrees would be anything before 3 degrees, degrees too late anything beyond 27 degrees. It's easier for me to strict degrees such as 15 libra to 15 Scorpio from the horary equation.

There is one exception when a personal planet, the natal ascendant and midheaven are conjunct within minutes.
